The Microtech® SOCOM® Bravo is a high-performance tactical folding knife, developed in collaboration with Rike Knives. It builds on the classic SOCOM® design with modern enhancements for durability and versatility. The knife features a tanto blade made from M390 steel with DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating, providing excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and sharpness retention. The handle is crafted from titanium with carbon fiber inlays, combining strength and lightweight properties that ensure it is both reliable and stylish.
This knife is built for both everyday carry (EDC) and extreme tactical situations, offering a solid grip, ease of access with a pocket clip and lanyard hole, and smooth, secure blade deployment with a frame-lock mechanism.
Microtech Lifetime Warranty
Microtech’s Warranty covers the function of the product (including internal parts) for the lifetime of the product, based on availability. Their warranty does not cover normal signs of wear and tear, cosmetic refurbishments, replacement parts, accidents, loss, or theft.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from UpperDuck are sold under a shipment contract. This
means that the risk of loss and ownership of the items transfer to you once the
items are delivered to the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are subject to various export and import restrictions that are subject to change. International buyers assume all risk for loss, theft, customs seizures, clearance delays, duties, levies, taxes, storage charges, broker fees, and similar costs associated with international shipments (collectively referred to as "International Shipping Events"). You agree that UpperDuck is not responsible or liable for any International Shipping Events.
- The customer is responsible for paying all shipping fees, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges.
- If products are lost, stolen, or seized by customs, UpperDuck is not liable and will not provide a refund.
- Customers must understand and comply with the laws governing knife possession and use in their own country, including obtaining any necessary permits.
- UpperDuck does not falsify customs documents. All items and their values will be accurately listed in accordance with applicable national and federal laws. If you believe that your items may be seized by customs when correctly declared, we strongly recommend considering this before making your purchase.
DUE CARE
You, the purchaser, acknowledge and assume full responsibility for exercising due care, caution, and safe handling of the knife.
Knives should always be kept out of the reach of children. Knives must be handled and stored with the utmost care and with greater attention to safety.

INDEMNIFICATION
You shall defend, indemnify, and
hold harmless UpperDuck and its affiliates, and their employees, managers,
members, officers, shareholders, directors, agents, representatives,
contractors, insurers, attorneys, successors, and assigns from and against all
claims, demands, judgments, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, fees,
expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees,
and court costs, arising out of your (a) unauthorized use of the Website,
Products, or Intellectual Property, or (b) any other breach of this Agreement.
CHOICE OF LAW
UpperDuck is located in the State of Missouri. You agree that Missouri law will govern any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any claims arising from goods purchased from UpperDuck. You further agree that any such claims must be brought exclusively in St. Louis County, Missouri, or in the U.S. District Court where UpperDuck is located. Any claim must be initiated within one year of the cause of action arising.
