expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees,

CHOICE OF LAW
UpperDuck is located in the State of Missouri. You agree that Missouri law will govern any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any claims arising from goods purchased from UpperDuck. You further agree that any such claims must be brought exclusively in St. Louis County, Missouri, or in the U.S. District Court where UpperDuck is located. Any claim must be initiated within one year of the cause of action arising.
