All Orders at and above $80.00 (which qualify for FREE Shipping) received by UpperDuck are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days with a Tracking Number sent to the email provided on the invoice. You may choose to have your orders shipped USPS Priority Express 1-2 days or Standard Overnight Federal Express for an additional charge. Orders received before 2:00PM Central Standard Time (normal business days) will typically ship out that same day. Orders received after 2:00PM Central Standard Time typically ship out the next business day. All duck and goose calls shipped by UpperDuck.com are retested and re-sanitized before they leave our shop.
As of October 1, 2019, UpperDuck will deduct a 3% RESTOCKING FEE for all canceled orders, even ones that have not shipped.
Due to CDC guidelines, UpperDuck accepts exchanges only on items that have a manufacturer’s defect, are defective in function, or have natural defect like wood splitting, etc. Items must be postmarked for return within 3 business days after receipt of your purchase. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. UpperDuck cannot issue exchanges on packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. Typical turnaround time for EXCHANGES is about two (2) business days after we receive the item you are exchanging.
Please provide a copy of your original receipt for a exchange. Please take a minute to write a note on the invoice explaining why you are exchanging and what item you would like as an exchange. Also, please email Yvonne Corley at firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know that you are requesting an exchange. An $8.00 shipping fee will be charged for the additional shipping and handling..
